how much do i need?
To determine how much Pro-Toast you need, calculate the square footage of the area you're covering and apply the recommended mulch depth (typically 2-3 inches). If you need help, feel free to use our mulch calculator or contact us for assistance.
What bag sizes do you offer?
To assist with purchasing the correct amount of mulch for your interior space, our bags are available in the following sizes: 3.25 QTS (2 LB / 0.1 CU FT), 6.5 QTS (4 LB / 0.2 CU FT), 13 QTS (8 LB / 0.4 CU FT), 32.5 QTS (20 LB / 1 CU FT), and 65 QTS (40 LB / 2 CU FT).

Yes, interior mulch is fire-resistant and meets code compliance for commercial spaces, ensuring that it’s safe for use in a variety of indoor environments.
is interior mulch organic?
Yes, interior mulch is made from 100% natural oak wood chips, making it an organic and eco-friendly option for your indoor landscaping needs.
will interior mulch mold?
When used in dry, indoor environments, interior mulch is unlikely to mold. However, it's essential to ensure that your indoor space remains well-ventilated and not excessively humid to maintain the quality of the mulch.
Ordering our mulch
how do i place an order?
You can place an order directly through our website by browsing our selection of interior mulch, adding your items to the cart, and completing the checkout process. You may also complete your order by calling our office at 740-947-4159 if you are ordering over 200 lbs.
can i request a sample?
Yes, you may request a free sample of our interior mulch. Currently, we limit our samples to one per person. Use our contact form to request a sample.
can i order a pallet?
If you would like to order a pallet, please fill out our contact form and select "I want to order a pallet" under the reasons for contacting us. You can also email or call us for assistance in ordering pallets.
what if my order does not arrive?
If your order does not arrive, please contact us directly at 740-947-4159. We will work with you to determine where your order is, why it did not arrive, and assist to get your order to you or provide a refund/replacement.
what if my order is damaged?
If your order is damaged upon arrival, please reach out to us directly by calling us. We will work with you to provide a refund/replacement for your order.
Shipping information
when will my order arrive?
The time it takes for your order to arrive depends on processing and shipping times. We ensure all orders placed before 12:00 PM EST to be shipped same day. We currently offer competitive, fast shipping rates courtesy of UPS and USPS.
do you offer local pickup options?
We do offer local pickup options if you are located within 30 miles of our warehouse. To request local pickup on your order, please call 740-947-4159 and a representative will help you place your order.
What packaging do you use to ship?
We currently use regular cardboard packaging for all orders. For larger orders, we include bubble inserts for added shipment protection. All of our packaging is environmental friendly and produced by sustainable methods.
do you ship to po boxes?
No, we currently do not ship to PO boxes. If you use a PO box, we recommend contacting us to see if we can help with your shipment.
Returning your order
can i return my order?
You may return your order under certain conditions. These conditions can be found, alongside other information, on our Return Policy page.
how do i return my order?
If conditions are met, you can return an order by mailing it back to our postal address. Our postal address is as following:

can i exchange my order?
Currently, we only accept exchanges for products that are still in their original packaging and have not been opened. Customers are required to provide proof of purchase, and all exchange requests are subject to the sole discretion of Interior Mulch Scapes.
