Shipping Exceptions

UPS cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Please, do not use a P.O. box in your shipping address as this may result in your order being delayed. If a P.O. box is used as a shipping address, we will contact you to determine alternative shipping methods.

Additionally, we are currently unable to process international orders on our website. If you are an international customer, please use our contact form or call us directly at 740-947-4159 to get a quote and move forward with your purchase.

For all large value orders (orders over 150 pounds), we request that you use our contact form or call us directly to place your order. All orders over 150 pounds may be shipped as a pallet load via a LTL (less than truckload) freight carrier. This solution provides you with tracking and confidence that your order will arrive intact and on time.

*Please be aware that orders shipped on pallets are unable to ship the same day as they are ordered, as they require additional time for preperation and processing.
